this… is another rant -.-
i get so annoyed when i’m under the fitspo tag, and theres people that post about what they eat, and what they eat is practically nothing !
i know i’m not a nutritionist or a doctor, but i’m pretty sure you should eat more than 600 calories a day, ESPECIALLY if you work out, your body needs energy, and where the hell do you think it gets the energy from, it comes from somewhere. And that somewhere is your food. and then the people that eat like 600 calories a day say something along the lines of… “i’m going to cut my calories down so i can reach my goal faster”
ARE YOU DUMB, your already practically eating close to nothing, what the hell are you going to cut out, what are you going to eat? And when you go back to eating regularly your going to gain double of what you lost, and your body is going to store all the food as fat because its starved itself, and it doesn’t know when its going to happen again.!
