im going to washington DC with my school, and i am going to look good for it

i’ve lost weight, but i havent been trying my best. and im actually diappointed in myself.
i keep telling myself, oh im doing okay, but in reality i should be doing alot better than i am, i tell myself i am but im not.
this is going to stop. i am going to make a change
this… is another rant -.-
i get so annoyed when i’m under the fitspo tag, and theres people that post about what they eat, and what they eat is practically nothing !
i know i’m not a nutritionist or a doctor, but i’m pretty sure you should eat more than 600 calories a day, ESPECIALLY if you work out, your body needs energy, and where the hell do you think it gets the energy from, it comes from somewhere. And that somewhere is your food. and then the people that eat like 600 calories a day say something along the lines of… “i’m going to cut my calories down so i can reach my goal faster”
ARE YOU DUMB, your already practically eating close to nothing, what the hell are you going to cut out, what are you going to eat? And when you go back to eating regularly your going to gain double of what you lost, and your body is going to store all the food as fat because its starved itself, and it doesn’t know when its going to happen again.!
i have to get my ass in gear :/
in approx a month or have give or take a few days, theres a baby shower.
so im aiming for like 15 pounds.. is that reasonable?

so i just wanted to do a quite update, i know i havent been posting, but i have 5 exams to study for :/
but anyways, i’m going to do a quick weight-in
Starting Weight : 169
Current Weight : 160
so far ive lost 9 pounds but that is nothing, i sort of just stopped trying to lose weight…
but im not going to anymore because i got 100$ riding on this: :P
P.S i’m not going to be posting much this week because all the flooring is being replaced in the house, so i wont get a chance to use the computer:(
Heyy everyone, sorry i havent been posting but with exams this week and next, things are getting a little hectic. And since im not sure the last time i posted, i’ll just do 2 :)
Week 2:
Day nine: What is your favourite food, healthy or unhealthy.
- Tuna Pastaa :D Its not completely unhealthy.. i hope ;) but im italian so this awnser really isnt a suprisee:P
Day ten: Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have?
- Yeapp :) i usually have a small bagel and some fruit, maybe a banana or some oranges :s

my friend came over and made a fking skor cake… there were like 5 layers, chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, skor bits, and whipped cream
OH and dont forget the large pizza we at with extra cheese and cheese filled crust
wait, i almost forgot the 2 bags of chips :/
but its all good, cause we drank water…… plus we played dance central 2:)
i’m sorry, but i feel the need to rant at the moment… i was just going through some of the tags and shit… and i come across people that are going to ‘starve’ themselves to loose weight? I truly hope one day they realize thats not helping anyone, let alone themselves. when they start to eat again, they’re just going to gain more than they already were. So if your one of those people that are going to starve themselves just to loose weight. ITS NOT GOING TO WORK, its just going to cause problems and you don’t have to be a dietician to understand or know this, you just have to have common sense. Also the people that are going to workout like 2 hours everyday, i hope you realize thats not going to help either, you need to have rest days to let your body regenerate and breathe, and your skin will need to tighten with all the weight loss, so keep that in mind as well. I’m not saying workout like twice a week (tbh twice a week is better than none) but give your body some rest because its not going to help if your body is overworked and tired.
If you want to loose weight have patience, start by eating healthy or at least work up to working out everyday. Maybe just workout a couple times a week and then gradually go up to the whole week at least your body will be used to it, and just increase the weights used or the speed your running at…
