I know a lot of people on here might not be religious, i fact i’m not very religious. i mean i’m catholic, but i don’t go to church or anything… ANYWAYS
for lent we are suppose to give up, or do something for the greater good.
so for me i’m going to :
1. workout everyday except sundays :)
2. Eat Healthy everyday except sundays
- i dont mean i’m going to eat total shit on sunday, but i mean ill allow myself a treat.
3. put at least 1 post on Tumblr everyday ! :D
this… is another rant -.-
i get so annoyed when i’m under the fitspo tag, and theres people that post about what they eat, and what they eat is practically nothing !
i know i’m not a nutritionist or a doctor, but i’m pretty sure you should eat more than 600 calories a day, ESPECIALLY if you work out, your body needs energy, and where the hell do you think it gets the energy from, it comes from somewhere. And that somewhere is your food. and then the people that eat like 600 calories a day say something along the lines of… “i’m going to cut my calories down so i can reach my goal faster”
ARE YOU DUMB, your already practically eating close to nothing, what the hell are you going to cut out, what are you going to eat? And when you go back to eating regularly your going to gain double of what you lost, and your body is going to store all the food as fat because its starved itself, and it doesn’t know when its going to happen again.!
me and my dad made a bet yesterdaayy, that if i can lose 20 pounds by the summer, he will give me 100 dollars… idk bout you but thats a pretty damn good deal:)
so ill be needed lost of inspiration. If anyone wants to be a weightloss buddy message mee:S
I need someone to help keep me on track and motivated. Someone with around the same stats would be better but im not pickyy:D
everytime i start to eat healthy, something comes up and i fall off the wagon :(
so i decided to take matters into my own hands.. i told my mom that the only way i can get my allowance is if a eat healthy ALL WEEK with the exception of a day of my choice.. i think that will motivate me :S i want my money…
i need to start following more weightloss/thinspo/fitspo/healthy eating tumblrs :D
